Who We Are....

Central Village is a condominium complex nestled on 22 lush acres near US-31 on the southside of Holland, Michigan.
Our association is within convenient walking, biking or driving distances of local parks, recreational areas, health facilities and the Holland Community Pool.
We currently have 182 two-bedroom units, each with a single-stall garage.
We are self-managed and do much of our own maintenance, which keeps our monthly fees lower.
The monthly association fee covers water, sewer, lawn care, trash pickup, snow removal, and outside building maintenance.
A portion of monthly fees is held in reserve to anticipate expensive maintenance projects such as, roofing, pavement replacement, sprinkling systems, etc.
We have never had a special assessment placed on our association and we work hard to keep it that way!
We are entirely resident-owned and occupied, with no unit rentals permitted - this gives us a lot of personal interest in keeping things in good repair and appearance.
Residents are allowed to have small (quiet) indoor pets such as cats, hamsters, goldfish, etc.
Dogs are limited to ADA Service or Emotional Support Animals ONLY and must be verified with a yearly letter from a physician.
Our Board of Directors is an active board consisting of six to seven resident-members elected at our annual meeting for 3-year, rotating terms.
